Thank you for visiting our website. For the past five decades I have been privileged to help those who have been harmed and tragically injured by individuals and businesses showing a total disregard for the safety and well-being for the members of our community. Over the years we have negotiated settlements and won jury verdicts exceeding millions of dollars. Fortunately, not all people suffer injuries so catastrophically, but regardless of the value of a claim or lawsuit, all of our clients are equally important to us. Every client of our firm is treated like family by our staff who have been with us since the firm’s beginning. An achievement not all firms can boast. We have been proud to be an influence in so many people’s lives, who after receiving compensation, have used their proceeds for to either receive training or education in new fields or have started new businesses and ventures, allowing them to thrive and provide for themselves and their families even with permanent disabilities. I have been flattered to have been honored by the judges I have tried cases in front of and the attorneys I have litigated with, to be admitted into such prestigious organizations such as ABOTA, Super Lawyers, and receiving an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbel. In addition, after meeting the most rigorous standards, since 1994 I continue to be designated by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the field of Civil Trial Law, an honor only 7% of eligible attorneys in Florida have achieved.
