Alla K. Rios is the Senior Litigation Paralegal and General Manager at the Law Offices of Steven S. Farbman, P.A.  Alla has specialized in personal injury law for the past 28 years.  During that time she has helped countless victims harmed by the careless actions of others get the compensations they deserve and get their lives back in order.  Alla runs the day to day operations of the firm and enjoys working at the neighborhood law firm that people trust. During the past two decades, Alla has worked with Steven Farbman being instrumental in the evaluations and strategies associated with maximizing every recovery for each client that walks through their door seeking help.  While Alla feels a great sense of reward each time her hard work makes a difference in someone’s life, her passion and enthusiasm occurs most when she is attending trials with Steve, assisting with jury selection, witness preparation, and hearing the court announce that the jury has reached a verdict! She enjoys working at a boutique law firm where clients become family, often stopping by, even when their cases have settled, just to have a cup of coffee and to talk about their lives.

Alla has a keen passion for helping people which extends far beyond the legal arena.  Due to the growing Russian population in Florida, she saw the need to bring unity to the community, help businesses grow to improve our local economy, and bridge ties between the Russian and American communities. Her vision propelled her to become the founder and managing member of both the Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida and Russian Speaking Business Connections. These two organizations have proved prosperous to its hundreds of members both in prosperity and friendship.  Due to Alla’s extensive involvement and passion for helping people, many refer to her as the trusted voice in the Russian community.

Alla obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University. Alla speaks fluent English and Russian, as well as intermediate Spanish.
